Ferrari goes its own way in terms of tyre strategy as teams look ahead to Silverstone.
The Maranello outfit is to take eight sets of the yellow-banded soft tyres, the softest compound available.
This compares with Mercedes, Red Bull and Williams, which are taking seven, Force India which takes six and Sauber which will be taking nine.
Whilst Mercedes and Williams opt for five sets of the medium, as do Renault, McLaren and Manor, Ferrari will take just three.
As far as the hard compound is concerned, Ferrari takes two, whilst Force India is taking three.
The only drivers who differ in choice are Romain Grosjean and Esteban Gutierrez at Haas. While both are taking seven sets of soft, the Frenchman will take four medium and two hard, compared to his Mexican teammate who will take five medium and one hard.
Then again, this being the British summer, the choices are more likely to be between full-wets and Inters.
