Manor Racing rookie Rio Haryanto will start his maiden F1 race three places down on where he qualifies after stewards penalised him for an incident during FP3.
The Indonesian pulled out of his garage in to the path of Romain Grosjean, both cars incurring damage.
Whilst many saw the incident as 50/50, the youngster not appearing to have anyone to guide his release, the stewards ruled that Haryanto "left the team garage and did not pay attention to the approaching car which was in the fast lane".
Having breached of Article 31.5 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations, in that he caused a collision, Haryanto is handed a 3 grid position penalty and 2 penalty points.
