NEWS STORY
Not for the first time this year, McLaren drivers Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button are looking to find Sunday afternoon just that little bit harder as the pair face up to further grid penalties.
The Spaniard, already on his tenth ICE (internal combustion engine) of the year, is to run a new version of the latest spec Honda unit. With a new gearbox also due to be used, the two-time world champion faces a 15-place penalty.
Meanwhile, teammate Button, currently on only his ninth ICE of the season, looks likely to take a 20-place hit as he will use the latest spec engine in FP1 before taking on another unit (also latest spec) for the remainder of the weekend.
