The BBC has confirmed that it will offer live coverage of half of this season's twenty Grands Prix.
Korea dropped and the annual gave of 'one-potato, two potato' over, the BBC has announced details of which Grands Prix it will cover live this year and those that will feature highlights only.
Whilst Sky, providing you are willing (and able) to pay for a whole range of sports you might have absolutely no interest in, will continue to give live coverage of all twenty races, including practice sessions and qualifying, the BBC will broadcast only ten races live.
Once again, it will miss the season opener, Monaco and Italy, though it will cover Canada and Belgium and both final races - assuming the championship goes down to the wire again.
The races the BBC will have full live coverage of are Malaysia, Bahrain, Canada, Britain, Hungary, Belgium, Japan, Russia, Brazil and Abu Dhabi.
