Marcus Ericsson to start from pitlane following FP3 infringement.
Caterham driver Marcus Ericsson, who qualified last for the Italian Grand Prix, will start the race from the pitlane after being penalised.
The Swede was adjudged not to have slowed for double waved yellow flags in Turn 3 during the final practice session, a Breach of Appendix H, Article 2.4.5.1 (b) of the FIA International Sporting Code.
Having received a report from the Race Director, heard from Ericsson and a team representative and examined his telemetry, the Monza stewards ordered him to start from the pitlane and also handed him 3 penalty points, bringing his total for the 12 month period up to 5.
