Jules Bianchi will have a new engineer for the start of the European season.
Following the appointment of Race Engineer Paul Davison to the role of Head of Vehicle Performance, Marussia has announced the arrival of Francesco Nenci, who started work with the team this week, as Race Engineer to Jules Bianchi.
Davison has held the position of Race Engineer since 2012, firstly to Charles Pic and since 2013 to Jules Bianchi. He has continued to engineer Jules for the opening part of the 2014 season pending Nenci's arrival from Sauber.
Both will work together by way of a handover at the Spanish Grand Prix this weekend, after which Davison will be fully focused on his new role based at the Marussia Technical Centre in Banbury.
