To celebrate the release of Rush in its Sky Store, Sky Store is running a competition to win a VIP trip to the British Grand Prix.
Readers will be aware that the highly acclaimed movie is based on the epic duel for the 1976 Formula One World Championship title between Niki Lauda and James Hunt.
It was a season of epic proportions that cried out for the Hollywood treatment what with its mix of triumph and tragedy, intrigue and passion.
Directed by two-time Academy Award winner Ron Howard (A Beautiful Mind, Frost/Nixon) and written by two-time Academy Award-nominated Peter Morgan (Frost/Nixon, The Queen), Rush stars Chris Hemsworth (The Avengers, Thor) as Hunt and Daniel Bruhl (Inglourious Basterds, The Bourne Ultimatum) as Lauda.
Well-received by critics (a feat often failed by sports films), Rush was awarded a Rotten Tomatoes rating of 89%.
Mike Lawrence is in no doubt that "Rush is the best motor racing movie ever made", his view shared not only by petrol heads but movie fans in general who found themselves enthralled by the tale of two men (and their women) driven to the limit and beyond as they duel for the sport's ultimate prize.
This superb movie is now available on the Sky Store and anybody who rents it from the 27th of January until the 23rd of February will be automatically entered into an amazing competition.
