Days ahead of the opening practice session, the F1 cars are being unpacked at the Marina Bay track as Singapore prepares for its round of the 2013 championship.
Among the first to arrive are championship leaders Red Bull, with Ferrari and Mercedes in hot pursuit.
Note the massive changes to Turn 10 - the Singapore Sling - thought to take over a second off the lap time, maybe even more, the old chicane never popular with the drivers or the mechanics who had to fix the suspension.
As the finishing touches are put to the circuit, the pits are fitted out and slowly the venue takes shape awaiting that moment when the engines fire up for FP1 on Friday evening.
