Paul Hembery has withdrawn from today's official press conference on the advice of lawyers acting for Pirelli.
The Englishman was scheduled to appear alongside Mercedes' Ross Brawn, the team at the centre of the tyre test row in addition to Red Bull's Christian Horner and Ferrari's Stefano Domenicali, the two teams that lodged official protests in Monaco.
However, shortly before the press conference, fully aware that the test would dominate proceedings, Hembery announced that on lawyers advice he would be unable to participate.
It is unclear whether Pirelli will face punishment for withdrawing from the press conference.
