Pastor Maldonado has incurred his third penalty in two races after Williams opted to change the gearbox on his car ahead of today's race.
The Venezuelan, who qualified seventeenth yesterday after clouting the notorious Wall of Champions on his final run, will now start twenty-second.
In Monaco, two weeks after his astonishing maiden win in Spain, the Williams driver incurred two grid penalties; ten places for causing a collision in practice and another five for an unscheduled gearbox change.
Williams, who claim that the former GP2 champ would have made it through to Q3 if he hadn't crashed yesterday, admit the gearbox was damaged in the accident.
