A couple of high profile sports people have found themselves in the dock recently, Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp and former Force India driver Adrian Sutil.
Now while we wouldn't expect Lewis the Gooner to give a character reference for Our 'Arry - though they've both enjoyed results in Monaco - he could surely have given some support to his old China, 'Slasher' Sutil.
After all, as the song says, that's what friends are for...
