It is reported that the BBC will show (in full) those races it doesn't broadcast live just three hours after they have taken place, in addition to a highlights version.
When the shock deal was announced in July it was said that while Sky would broadcast all races live, the BBC would only have "half", with those races that it didn't broadcast live in full being put out later in a highlights show.
However, the Guardian claims that along with the highlights show, a full re-run of those races it doesn't broadcast live will be shown just three hours after the event took place, albeit on the red button service.
If true this might go some way to appeasing the many fans still angry at the deal which saw the BBC relinquish the rights to Sky, a deal brokered by the state broadcaster.
Neither Sky nor the BBC is commenting on this latest claim.
