The FIA has made public the full decision of the World Motor Sport Council following its investigation into Ferrari's use of team orders during the German Grand Prix.

While it agreed that team orders - which are banned - had been used, it also cited other examples of team orders being used in recent years - occasions such as the 2008 German GP and the 2010 Turkish GP.

It is also revealed that both Frank Williams and Peter Sauber sent letters of support for Ferrari, claiming that F1 is a team sport and that the rules regarding team orders need revising.

The full decision (in pdf format) can be found here
