Race Stewards in Japan are currently investigating an incident which could decide the 2009 Constructors' Championship.
Williams driver Nico Rosberg, who finished fifth in today's race, is under investigation after claims that he exceeded the speed limit while the safety car was on track.
The German made his second stop in the aftermath of Jaime Alguersuari's accident in the closing stages of the race, however, speaking immediately after the race Jenson button claimed the Williams driver had exceeded the speed limit under safety car conditions. Indeed, the Brawn driver suggested that an investigation of the incident will see his team securing the Constructors' Championship.
When asked if he had exceeded the speed limit, Rosberg said no, claiming that he did exactly what he was meant to do.
