Having investigated the incident at the start of today's race which saw Kimi Raikkonen hit Sebastian Vettel's Red Bull, Race Stewards in Hungary have declared it a "racing incident".

In the argy-bargy going into the first corner, Raikkonen, making full use of his KERS, was involved in a fierce fight with Vettel and clashed with the Red Bull, the two cars touching in the mad scramble.

Shortly afterwards, the Race Stewards announced that they would investigate the incident after the race, even though a similar incident at the start of the German GP was not only investigated at the time but saw Mark Webber serve a drive-through penalty.

Having heard from both drivers, and representatives of their teams, the Race Stewards, having also viewed film evidence, ruled that the clash was a "racing incident" and that no further action would be taken.
