With McLaren's inclusion in the 2010 entry list still very much conditional - they must drop the conditions under which they entered - Lewis Hamilton has said that if necessary he will follow the team out of the sport.
According to the FIA, McLaren, along with BMW, Renault, Toyota and Brawn GP, have until the close of business next Friday to drop the conditions attached to their entries or face being omitted in favour of Lola, Prodrive, et al.
According to the Guardian, 2008 World Champion, who has a long term contract with the Woking outfit, is fully prepared to follow his employers out of F1.
"I've got a contract with McLaren and I will go wherever they go," he said. "That's the way it is. It is about the FIA and the teams. But it is my job to get in the car and drive."
