BMW has confirmed that it will officially protest Williams, Toyota and Brawn with regards the legality of the diffusers they are using.
"We will lodge a protest," team boss Mario Theissen told reporters. "We are preparing our protest and then we will see what happens."
Earlier this week, Red Bull, confirming that it would lodge a protest, claimed to have the full support of the six other teams, though it was not known which others, if any, would also lodge protests.
At the time of writing, Ferrari and Renault are also said to be on the verge of lodging protests.
