Ferrari has revealed that it is changing the engine on Felipe Massa's car ahead of today's Italian Grand Prix.
However, under the new rules which allow one penalty free engine change per season, the Brazilian will not incur a grid penalty. His teammate, Kimi Raikkonen, used the new 'joker' rule over the British GP weekend, while on Friday Red Bull announced that it was changing the engine in Mark Webber's car.
The Maranello outfit has not said why it is changing the unit, however, following failures in Hungary and Valencia there are clearly fears regarding the powerplant's reliability ahead of today's race, in terms of engine stress one of the most demanding races on the calendar.
