The GP2 Series will be back on-track at Budapest, for the 6th round of the 2008 season: the Hungarian event will be followed by a summer break, allowing teams and drivers to prepare for the final rush, with three races, Valencia, Spa-Francorchamps and Monza, covered by just 4 weeks.
At the Hungaroring, Trident Racing will try to score as many points as possible: Mike Conway is currently laying in 11th and just 6 points shy of a really close top-10, with 7 drivers covered by 8 points. Clinching 10th place would be an undoubtable boost for him, in an attempt to bid for a top-5 position by the end of the last-gasp season final. Ho Pin Tung has not been blessed by a lucky season start too, as his current 13th place doesn't reflect what he showed up on-track. The Chinese driver will look for an improvement in standings, in order to be fighting with the leading pack in the forthcoming races. At Budapest though, the final results will be heavily conditioned by qualifying, as the Hungaroring isn't best known for its passing opportunity, that could just be coming in case of mistakes.
