Hamilton and Rosberg hit with penalties

Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg have both been hit with ten-place grid penalties at Magny Cours following the incident in today's Canadian Grand Prix, which resulted in the Englishman and Kimi Raikkonen being eliminated.
