DPR's Andy Soucek set the pace this morning during free practice in the opening of the 2008 GP2 Asia Series in Dubai.
The Spaniard was the fastest this morning, posting a best time of 1:21.870, ahead of Bruno Senna and Adrian Valles.
Twenty minutes into the half-hour session, Luca Filippi made a mistake and crashed his Qi-Meritus car into the wall which led to a red flag that brought a premature end to the session.
