It is understood that World Champion Fernando Alonso was quizzed by an Italian magistrate earlier today as a legal probe into the spy saga that has rocked F1 continues.
Giuseppe Tibis, a magistrate in Modena, the district in which Ferrari is based, had previously warned that numerous McLaren employees were under investigation.

At the hearing last month, the World Motor Sport Council heard of an e-mail exchange between Alonso and test driver Pedro de la Rosa relating to information passed by Ferrari's Nigel Stepney to McLaren's chief designer Mike Coughlan.
