Having had his ten-place grid penalty - incurred after he crashed into Mark Webber during last week's Japanese GP - overturned, Sebastian Vettel has now received a new, five-place, penalty for tomorrow's Chinese GP.
Having received a report from the Race Director, Race Stewards at Shanghai determined that the German had impeded another driver during qualifying, thereby breaching Article 31.7 of the Sporting Regulations.
Vettel, who had qualified 12th, will now start tomorrow's race from 17th on the grid.
