In his response to Luigi Macaluso, FIA President Max Mosley writes that Ferrari's documentation was acquired by a "disgruntled employee who intended to leave".
One presumes that this is Mike Coughlan, who as we all know was hoping to move elsewhere, along with Nigel Stepney and others.
Mosley adds that at the hearing McLaren inferred he (Coughlan) never used Ferrari's information to help McLaren because it was part of his private database as technical director for another team.
A "private database" which included Ferrari's documentation?
And which team?
