In a surprise move, this morning's hearing at the High Court in London has been cancelled, after McLaren Chief Designer Mike Coughlan agreed to provide Ferrari with a sworn declaration as to how he came into possession of hundred of the Italian team's documents.
Speaking to reporters outside the court, Ferrari spokesman Luca Colajanni confirmed that that though today's hearing had been cancelled the action was still ongoing.
Though he was giving little way, Colajanni said that the points that would have been discussed in court today have been settled, and confirmed that Coughlan will provide the sworn affidavit revealing exactly how the documents came into his possession.
The affidavit will not be disclosed publicly to the court.
