Although it has yet to be officially confirmed it is understood that Williams has agreed a three-year sponsorship deal with AirAsia.
The deal, which should be officially announced on Thursday, will see the Williams FW29s sport AirAsia logos on their noses.
The Kuala Lumpur-based airline currently sponsors Manchester United, with the Williams deal following similar deals involving Etihad Airways (Spyker) and Kingfisher Airlines (Toyota).
The AirAsia sponsorship deal is the latest in a series of partnerships that Williams has secured in recent months, despite suffering an appalling season in 2006. Fans of the English team will be buoyed by the fact that the deal(s) are clear proof that companies continue to have faith in the former World Champions.
