As previously reported, the Circuit de Catalunya has a new chicane on place for the forthcoming Spanish Grand Prix - the 51st Gran Premio de España Telefónica de Formula One, to give it its official title - which will be held on May 13.
In addition, the new chicane will feature a new grandstand - Grandstand S - which will be situated just in front of the new chicane in the Stadium area, between the grandstands H and I. The new stand will have a capacity of 2,000 seats.
However race fans wishing to attend the forthcoming race had better hurry, for other than these 2,000 tickets only a few others remain available for the first European race of the season.
“There are 2,500 tickets in total, and that’s what remains for the event," says Ramon Maltas, director of Operations at the circuit, “once these tickets are sold out, the tickets for the F1 are finished."
Pitpass still has a number of tickets available for the race, but you'd better hurry.
