Prodrive, which enters F1 in 2008, has announced that it has secured the services of Tony Schulp as group commercial director.
The role will see Schulp overseeing the company's commercial strategy for its global $250 million motorsport and automotive technology businesses. As part of this, Schulp will be responsible for the commercial activities for Prodrive's new Formula one programme.
Schulp will report directly to Prodrive chairman and chief executive, David Richards, who said: "I have known Tony for many years and have always admired his energy and enthusiasm. I believe he is just what Prodrive needs at this important stage in our development, when we are about to embark on perhaps our greatest venture yet, Formula One."
