Vodafone McLaren Mercedes and aigo have announced a long-term partnership which will commence on 1st January 2007. aigo is the first Chinese brand to join the team's prestigious global brand portfolio.
aigo is the leading MP3 and MP4 player brand from Beijing Huaqi Information Digital Technology Co Ltd, the high-tech corporation headquartered in Zhongguancun, Beijing - "the Silicon Valley of China". Since its establishment in 1993, Huaqi sales revenue has grown by over 60% each year. aigo has established itself as the leading MP3 player brand in China and is now implementing its global expansion strategy.

aigo will become a Corporate Partner to the team and their branding will appear prominently on the cars and the race suits of two-times World Champion Fernando Alonso and recently announced team-mate Lewis Hamilton.
The aigo logo will be shown for the first time at the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team's presentation in Valencia on the 15th January 2007.
