As the teams headed of to Bahrain for the opening round of the 2006 season, Pitpass published statistics covering pre-season testing, every mile covered from after the New Year break until the official start of the 2006 World Championship season.
Now we bring you our round-up of the 2006 in-season test statistics, which gives a good idea as to who was trying, and who wasn't. Which team completed the most mileage, which test driver, which race driver, and whether it paid off... it's all here.
Note: These stats cover testing from after March 21, when the teams were first allowed to test following the back-to-back races in Bahrain and Malaysia, right up to last week's tests at Jerez and Silverstone.
