The FIA has announced that the International Court of Appeal will hear the appeal lodged by the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation (TOSFED) against the decision handed down, on 19 September, by the FIA World Motor Sport Council, in Paris on November 7.
Following an incident involving the prize giving ceremony, the World Motor Sport Council found against the National Sporting Authority of Turkey (TOSFED) and the Organisers of the Turkish Grand Prix (MSO) on all counts, and fined the organisations combined total of $5 million.
