BusinessF1 publisher Tom Rubython faces a busy day today (Tuesday).
At 09.30 there is a hearing before the Senior Costs Officer relating to the case between BusinessF1 Magazine Ltd (and others) and Essentially Group PLC, Jenson Button's management company.
Then, there's a mad dash over to Court 13 - unlucky for some - where, at 10.30, Mr Justice Eady - will hear a statement read out in court relating to the case involving, yep, you've guessed it, BusinessF1 Magazine Ltd (and others) and Willi Weber, Michael Schumacher's manager.
To our knowledge, Mr Rubython has nothing booked in this afternoon.
Bearing in mind the fact that there are several lawsuits in the pipeline, including FIA Technical Delegate Charlie Whiting, and FIA Communications Manager Richard Woods, there is every chance that at some stage we will see a blue plaque erected outside the courts to mark Mr Rubython's (seemingly) permanent residence.
