The Grand Prix Drivers Association Ltd. (GPDA) has announced that a new board of directors has been elected at the GPDA meeting in Shanghai on 29 September 2006.
The new directors are world champion Fernando Alonso, Ralf Schumacher who will act as Chairman and Mark Webber.
They replace David Coulthard who has been Chairman since 1996, Michael Schumacher as director since 1994 and Jarno Trulli as director since 2001.
