Many thanks to our good friend Victor Martins at grandepremio.com.br who informs us that Nelsinho Piquet, has denied that his father, former World Champion, Nelson Piquet, has submitted an entry for the 2008 Formula One World Championship.
"It's just a rumour that might have appeared because a lot of GP2 teams filed an entry," said the youngster, referring to his own GP2 team, "but Piquet Sports team is not on the list.
"If it was true, I think my father would have already told to me," he added.
