Ahead of the final race of the 2005 season, Kimi Raikkonen has rubbished talk of him moving to Ferrari in 2007 and claims that he has already signed a deal.
Talking to the German newspaper Bild Daily, the Finn said: "I have heard the rumours and want to say that I have definitely not signed anything with Ferrari.
"If both parties are successful, it's possible I'll stay at McLaren forever," he added.
Both Jean Todt and Ross Brawn have made no secret of the fact that they rate Raikkonen highly, and with Michael Schumacher nearing the end of his career, the Italian team must look ahead, to who can replace him.
However, after years of domination, Ferrari has struggled this season, while McLaren, with 10 wins from 18 races, is clearly on the ascendant.
"I want to be in the fastest car," said Raikkonen. "As a young boy my dream was to join McLaren-Mercedes because of Mika Hakkinen. I am here now and extremely happy to be so."
