Following a positive start at Brands Hatch, Team Pakistan travel to EuroSpeedway Lausitz in eastern Germany for the second round of the A1 Grand Prix of Nations, which takes place on 7-9 October.
The circuit will be familiar territory to Team Pakistan's young driver Adam Khan. Adam explains: "I competed at Lausitz earlier this year in a Formula Three race. I used it as an opportunity to prepare for A1GP, and even though I haven't been racing continuously this year, I finished that race in seventh place. I'm really looking forward to the next A1GP in Germany and I'm feeling confident following my performance at Brands Hatch."
Team Pakistan's Chairman Arif Husain added: "I cannot wait for the next round to begin. I think that we may have surprised a few people at Brands Hatch with our early pace. The team had a really positive start to the season and we are currently positioned ninth in the championship. With the next round in Germany only a few days away I can firmly say that, inshallah (God willing), Team Pakistan is ready to take on the rest of the world!"
Opened in the year 2000, EuroSpeedway is Germany's youngest track but has already hosted, amongst other events, the European touring car series DTM, the World Superbike Championship, the first oval race event of the Champ Car World Series outside the US, ASCAR, and rock band AC/DC.
