FIA Max Mosley will hold a press conference in Barcelona on Friday.
The press conference comes the day after the International Court of Appeal announces its decision following the FIA's appeal over the findings of the race stewards at Imola, and claims that the BAR 007 of Jenson Button contravened the rules.
The press conference comes at a time when many of the teams are at odds with the sport's governing body and several team bosses openly critical of Mr Mosley.
Mr Mosley held two such press conferences in 2004, one at Monaco, the other at Monza.
