Sauber continued its three-day test at Fiorano today.
"Today we finished the validation regarding the new rear which we had in Imola, and also assessed several cooling options for it," revealed race engineer Mike Krack. "We also gathered valuable data from damper tests. In addition, Felipe further evaluated the modified traction control programme which we used for the first time last weekend.
"We were able to complete the schedule programme even earlier than we thought, which gave us some extra time for set-up work for the next races."
Tomorrow Jacques Villeneuve will take over to complete the test.
