The Mild Seven Renault F1 Team has announced the extension of the contract of Managing Director Flavio Briatore for the 2006 season.
Patrick Faure, President of the Renault F1 Team, commented: "We are extremely pleased with the work the team has done, and the results it has achieved, under Flavio Briatore's management. This decision has been taken with the full agreement of our future CEO, M Carlos Ghosn, who wishes to maintain the stability of a winning team."
