Not ones to rest on their laurels, Fernando Alonso and the Renault team are back in action today, testing at the Circuit de Catalunya, Barcelona.
Less than 48 hours after winning the Bahrain Grand Prix, the World Championship leader was back in action as the French team begins its preparations for the San Marino Grand Prix, scheduled for April 24. Giancarlo Fisichella, who retired from Sunday's race following an engine failure, is also on duty today, as is Marc Gene for Ferrari.
The test, which will see almost all the teams in action, runs from today (Tuesday) until Friday.
