NEWS STORY
Depending on who you believe, here are two men whose time in Formula One could be coming to an end.
On the left we have Jacques Villeneuve whose 2005 season has not got off to the most auspicious of starts. Following a lacklustre performance in Melbourne, which left team owner Peter Sauber baffled, sections of the British media reported that the Canadian was about to be dumped in favour of Anthony Davidson. Then came another uninspiring performance in Malaysia.
On the right is Bernie Ecclestone, who according the banks is losing his grip on the sport, and his 30 year reign coming to an end.
However, both of these men are fighters and it would be unwise to write either of them off, indeed they both seem full of the joys of spring as they chat merrily away in the paddock in Sepang.
But what could they be talking about... perhaps Jacques sees a role for Bernie in the forthcoming movie about his father, the late - and very great - Gilles Villeneuve, or perhaps Mr E is promising Jacques a role in his new improved F1.
As ever, it's your call.
