With rain once again hitting the Paul Ricard track in southern France, BAR has opted not to test today.
BAR and Toyota were scheduled to test from Wednesday until Thursday. McLaren, which was due to test on Thursday and Friday only, opted to add Wednesday to its schedule.
However, after rain hampered Thursday's proceedings, McLaren and Toyota chose to 'pack up early'.
Although BAR was fully prepared to test today, heavy rainfall caused the Brackley outfit to head home early.
With the teams having agreed to a maximum of 30 days testing - during the F1 season - every day is precious, especially as we face a long competitive season - hence BAR's decision not to 'waste' a day.
