It wasn't that long ago that morale at Red Bull Racing's HQ in Milton Keynes was at rock bottom.
Now, following some strong performances in pre-season testing, and a convincing performance in Melbourne, the team appears to be on a real upswing.
Those that previously wrote off the team, or at least considered it to be a 'five-minute wonder' driven by a publicity hungry energy drink company only need to look at the classified section in this week's edition of the British magazine, Autosport.
In an expensive double-page spread, the team reveals that it is looking to recruit a whole range of staff including an aerodynamicist and a wind tunnel manager along with various other high-profile positions.
Meanwhile, we await the outcome of the tussle over Mark Smith.
It was revealed last week that although the former Renault man has now joined Red Bull, Jordan - who he joined late last year before the team's buy-out by Midland F1 - is disputing the move saying that he is still an employee.
