Day two BAR's exclusive test at Valencia saw Takuma Sato take over the hot seat in chassis 007-02 on Wednesday morning, with Jenson Button moving to the Concept car.
Jenson spent his early morning runs finding a good balance on the car, before moving onto a tyre compound evaluation. He completed a total of 47 laps in the morning session.
Takuma spent the morning doing short run tyre evaluations alongside an aerodynamic evaluation, completing 46 laps. He began the afternoon session running through a set-up evaluation before commencing a long run tyre programme. Takuma completed a total of 57 laps today.
Jenson spent the afternoon continuing the tyre compound programme which he began this morning, completing 50 laps. He completed the day with various simulated race starts. Jenson's final lap tally for the day was 97 laps.
