We all know that not everyone uses Internet auction websites for good or even scrupulous endeavours - such as the Pitpass Tsunami Auction.
It is a matter of fact that some of the items offered on such sites might be stolen, damaged or in extreme cases don't even exist.
However, if you do intend carrying out your own little sting and swindling innocent people out of their money, at least ensure that you do your research.
For example, the Ayrton Senna autograph currently on offer on Ebay might look wonderful, crisp and clean.
Indeed to quote the description: "You are bidding on a beautiful, HAND SIGNED, 8x10 color photo with the signature of Ayrton Senna. Signed in permanent black pen, this is one of his finest photos ever of this legend found on eBay. This is an original photo, we do not sell copied or reprinted photos. Each of our items come with a certificate of authenticity and is packaged for safe delivery."
Yet how is it that the much-missed Brazilian managed to "hand sign" sign a picture of two cars - driven by Michael Schumacher and David Coulthard - in 1997?
We think something is slightly wrong with this 'autograph'.
