It's understood that American youngster, Scott Speed, a product of the Red Bull Driver Search programme, is to test for the Red Bull team.
Speed, who won the German Formula Renault Championship and the Eurocup, has told journalists that a test with the F1 team is in the offing.
Looking ahead to 2005, he said: "My plans have yet to be decided but I am sure that I will be testing the Red Bull F1 car."
