Jordan confirmed today that they would enter next season's Formula One championship.
Jordan's future has been the subject of much discussion throughout the 2004 season and with Ford (Jordan's engine supplier) pulling out of F1 the situation looked to have got a lot worse.
Now, though with Jordan close to finalising an engine deal with Japanese car giant Toyota as well as talking to new potential sponsors their entry into the 2005 championship seems assured.
"We haven't submitted it (the entry) yet but we will definitely do so before Monday's deadline," said a team spokeswoman.
Monday 15th November is the deadline for teams to sign up for the 2005 season.
