Bjorn Wirdheim and his father, Örnulf, have both strenuously denied reports in the Swedish media suggesting that there was frustration with the way the youngster had been treated by the Milton Keynes outfit.
Talking to Pitpass, Ornulf said: "I've never ever expressed any frustration over Björn's treatment at Jaguar. He has been treated in a very good way by the team during the whole season and neither Björn nor I could ask for more.
"What I've told the Swedish news agency TT, was completely misquoted by one Swedish newspaper and after five translations and maybe ten different sources this information has become completely distorted."
"I've been treated well at Jaguar," added 2003 F3000 champion, Bjorn, "I sincerely hope they will be able to continue in F1 next year."
