Although the Contract Recognition Board (CRB) will sit down in Milan today to determine which of two Formula One teams - BAR and WilliamsF1 - has legal claim to Jenson Button's services in 2005, don't expect a decision just yet.
The three independent lawyers, that will comprise the CRB, will sit down in a Milan Hotel to hear submissions from legal counsel representing both teams.
The CRB has three days to reach a decision, and even then it could drag on for some time.
Although BAR has said that it will stand by the decision, there has been talk that WilliamsF1 would consider taking the issue to the High Court in London should the decision not go in its favour.
Of course, it's not simply the two F1 teams that wait with bated breath, several drivers are hoping that the outcome will work in their favour, possibly provoking another round of high-octane musical chairs.
