The Contract Recognition Board (CRB) will meet today to decide the validity of Jenson Button's contracts for 2005.
The Englishman currently has two contracts, one with British American Racing and one with WilliamsF1.
Both teams have said that they will accept the findings of the CRB, though Button stresses that he wants to move to WilliamsF1.
It's widely accepted that should the decision favour BAR, WilliamsF1 will attempt to make a 'private' deal with the Brackley outfit, offering a sizeable financial incentive.
The Grove outfit has already signed Mark Webber, while BAR has yet to officially confirm that Takuma Sato will remain.
